"Oceanview Beachhouse" was designed especially for all those who love the beach, outdoors and enjoy outstanding views of the ocean.

In one of the lower bedrooms that is furnished with a queen bed, you can watch the sunrise right over your toes. On some mornings, just before the sun breaks the horizon, the entire sky turns brilliant red over the ocean. In the other bedroom there are two built-in single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom.

There are two bedrooms upstairs both furnished with queen beds and share half bath. The bed in the front upstairs bedroom has been built a little higher than normal so that you can see the ocean horizon line at eye level. The large window is perfectly placed to give you a 180-degree view. If you're in charge of bedroom allocation, this is first choice. 

The first floor bedrooms have room air conditioners and ceiling fans. The second floor bedrooms have ceiling fans and ventilation. With the ocean breeze, the house stays cool.

The main level consists of a living room, dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped (including a commercial blender), refrigerator, gas range/oven and small appliances. 

This open style concept is accessed through three sliding doors onto the front deck.  With the front wall being almost entirely glass, the view is extravagant.  Surrounding the house is a wrap-around deck.

The walk to the beach is about 150 feet from the house.  There are also an assortment of snorkels and fins and an outside shower to use to rinse off after being at the beach.
